What’s with the thumbnail? Videos with thumbnails like this are a sure fire way to get me to not watch it.
- It's how YouTube content creators get recognized unfortunately. They gotta market themselves alongside their material, else they don't get a following. Nature of the beast. I hate it too.
  
  I kinda figured as much. I’m sure the content is fine on the vast majority of them but when I used to use YouTube as a form of entertainment those types of videos were not my cup of tea. Perhaps there is data to suggest we are outliers.

  That was my assumption but I was more wondering if there is research that shows this style is attention grabbing or yields more clicks or something.
- I have literally never watched her videos because all the thumbnails are cringy.
  Besides I'd rather not watch a content creator that bends over backwards for youtube's algorithm.

- YouTube is cancer. They have made this the way you get content and likes. Creators spend hours trying to get a proper thumbnail since it has such a huge impact.

Well, a county, not the country. Would be nice to specify what country of the similar 200 in the world that you're talking about in the title, you know? It's not like we all assume you must be talking about one special country.
The conservative party has literally been running my country for over a decade now, so they're probably not talking about my country xD One ruled out, 194 to go...
- I mean, just looking at the thumbnail I see American politicians in front of an American flag. I think we can all agree that the country specified is pretty simple to figure out.

- It's also worth adding that the Conservative Party of several countries are vastly different. While most lean towards the right by nature, many left-leaning parties in one would probably be right-leaning in others, and as such would be totally different entities.

Yeah no shit, conservatives want to "take over the country" just like liberals do, that has always been the goal. Water is wet.
This isn't supposed to be politics community, why is this here?
