You cant even really say it's 'the wrong guy' if all of them did not get due process.. Every person is 'the right guy'. Maybe not if you're ICE yourself, because your cult friends can probably help you out in that case. Why did they not open fire against their abductors? I thought that's what all the 43-IQ gun laws were for in the US? Self defence?
