SoundCloud appears to have quietly changed its terms of use to allow the company to train AI on audio that users upload to its platform.

- You can probably post your music and follow musicians from any fediverse platform, but there is a specialized audio/music one:

  How to pick a pod? Based on what criteria? Is there a better or a worse pod, similar to pros and cons of different Lemmy instances?
Welp. Time to remove all my music.
- Best update all your files with some trash first and let it sit for a couple months to hopefully overwrite any backups, there's no guarantee that "deleting" it from your account will actually remove it from their servers.
- Same.
Sounds like this is for AI powered music recommendations.
