reddit is dying because of the company, no other reason. acting like this place is some how better when the largest of nitch subs barely get 2 posts a week is simply ignorant.

Club is the community and techno and dance are the instances, they have stuff in common as well as being different.

yeah. i don't like link aggregators that fracture communities and post 12 different copies of the same link to the front page. that's my problem, not the sites.

It’s not fracturing communities, you’re free to join multiple, it’s only an issue because you want it to be. And just don’t view the “front page”…? Join the communities with the content you want. There’s no curated content here, the front page is just what it is. Again, not Reddit, doors there.
this site is gunna be real successful if you tell people to leave every time they point out glaring issues LOl. enjoy your site with 12 copies of the same content taking up half your front page for days.
How’s it an issue though? You’ve yet to explain how it’s an issue other than it’s not Reddit, yet I’ve been extremely clear as to why it is the way it is.

im comparing lemmy to link aggregators. you're not supposed to have multiple copies of 1 link at the top of a link aggregator. that defeats the entire purpose of the system. and the hilarious part is that you tried to link 2 separate communities talking about the same article, but both were filled with the exact same comments. you're so blind to the reality of the situation that you can't even read.
Weird, even Reddit has the same issue. Can you provide a link aggregator that doesn’t have that issue…?
