I think it all looks depressing, but then I also am reminded that they have written into their constitution very powerful laws to prevent corporate landlords and likely have a near zero amount of homeless people whom they can provide jobs to (rural laborers). It's a shithole country that has conceptually good ideas but poorly executed.
