As a kid: Saturday morning cartoons.
As a teen: Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego the animated series (which was once interrupted by the news to show a plane crashing into a building).
As an adult: I ain't got time for that shit!
Fun fact - the voice actor that played the young boy in Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego also voiced Lloyd Irving in Tales of Symphonia. He also voiced Robin in Teen Titans.
Dammit Robert, Make memories
Fun fact - Zacarias Moussaoui was supposed to be the 20th hijacker, but he was arrested after taking flight courses in Minnesota in which he had no interest in learning how to take off or land.

Economist news podcast.
I usually watch Neebs Gaming while having breakfast
Usually some TV show while I scroll the last 6 hours of Lenny and eat breakfast. Until it was recently cancelled, the TV show was After Midnight. Now I have a backlog of over 400 Jeopardy shows saved off on Tablo. That or catching up on Taskmaster.
GMM is a go to or catch up on some Minnmax action.
