Feel free to do whatever you want (as hamas), build connections, improve your industries and society etc. But if you spend resources on nothing but building rockets and tunnels, you shouldn't be complaining that your actions are bringing death to your people. But then again, it seems you don't care about your own people if you do such a thing in the first place.
