4 0 ReplyThe third step is where you're failing. They said you talk a lot, not that you need to stop talking. Whenever someone says this, just take a breath, say something like "sorry, I'm really excited about this topic", and then leave them a chamce to respond. Silence is ok, you don't need to fill the void.

My mom does this every time I call her. She just keeps on talking. There is a difference between talking and having a conversation.

Jokes aside, anxiety and introvercy can come across as narcissistic behavior. It's inevitable. Cool people don't care, though.
