10 0 ReplyI would refuse to work at a Trumper wedding, so I'm glad we have the right to say no to that. That's the whole point of this ruling.
If this was a photographer of color refusing to work a klan wedding no one would be arguing that they shouldn't have been allowed to say no.

Well, they can, by just not choosing to hire one.
5 0 ReplyI think you might actually have just gotten the point here without knowing it. It's perfectly reasonable to pick a photographer who's not a bigot, just like how I would choose not to shoot photos for bigots.
