I do make a habit of carrying tissues everywhere, but I can imagine there would be cases where that's not practical...

To be fair I have worked on construction sites and I saw an awful lot of snot rocketing especially while I was a carpenter where your nose gets filled with sawdust pretty regularly and it is a great way to get it out and move on without having to run around looking for a tissue in a dirty ass job site.
