Oddly enough, I think most people aren't motivated by the idea of making bucket loads of money for other people while they see barely a drop of it.
Maybe if you paid people better, they'd be better motivated to make you money.

10 1 ReplyYeah, this is kind of the issue with walling the workers off from the success of their product and converting it all into poker chips for other people to play with. Imagine how different things could be if everyone's pay grew with the success of the company.
