Twitch will now allow "Artistic Nudity" following the viral topless meta
Twitch has updated its guidelines on sexual content following mass outrage over a new 'topless' meta that gained popularity on the site.
Twitch Updated their Sexual Content Policy:
- Changes: Certain content now allowed with labels
- Artistic Nudity: Permitted under Sexual Themes Label
- Game Nudity: Contextual; labels necessary
- Body Painting: Acceptable with appropriate label
- Mature Games: Label generally covers content
- Stream Visibility: Impacted by content labels
- Twerking, grinding and pole dancing are now allowed without a label.

Twitch in 2 weeks : video games? Where?
87 5 ReplyI mean hot tub streams already exist.
Twitch hasn’t been a “games only” site in a long time.
48 2 ReplyDidn't they ban them?
6 4 ReplyI’m actually not sure, I thought they might have moved them to a different NSFW category than “Just Chatting”. I know a streamer I follow was able to have an onsen stream when travelling in Japan and he didn’t get banned.
7 1 ReplyThey were quarantined to the 'pools and hot tubs' category, which presumably modifies what kind of ads run on them.
