The majority of the air you exhale is Nitrogen. Guinness has CO2 dissolved in it not Nitrogen. It will make no difference to the amount of Nitrogen you exhale.

Even then I highly doubt it's make an appreciable difference.
It's a HUGE difference. Have you ever drank a nitro draft before? It's smooth and creamy when compared to the sharp bubbles of CO2
Nitrogen doesn't dissolve in the beer though like CO2 does.
Guinness is primarily nitrogen, not CO2.
