If I wanted to create a low-effort, dead community for a random decade, I'd do it myself thanks, O Mighty Comm Creator.
Why are you looking for mods for all of them? Are you not planning to take care of them yourself?

  Agreed. Hoarders are not generally good for a platform. However, unlike the alien site, we can fight back. Lemmy dmins seem very responsive, and we can always go create a community on another instance if a squatter has blocked it here.
I don't understand what these would be for.
