Sorry boss, but using Teams in the car violates the Safe Driving SOP so no I can't make the meeting

it's still going to be a distraction, especially if it's the rare type of meeting you actually need to listen to or engage with.
Yes but not illegal and you listen to radio etc as well, so not much of a problem either.
Good, i don't like teams but I don't see a problem with it being usable in car.
