Military officials say a 14-year-old girl reported missing from her San Diego home was found in the barracks at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base last month, and a Marine was detained briefly for questioning.

Its good that she returned safely. Though it sounds like she found them.
I hope that's the case because one does not typically walk on to a military base without being challenged.
"She found them", or she was found during a room inspection or wandering the hallway by an NCO on duty. Probably an NCO with the common sense to ask what in the fuck a 14 year old girl is doing wandering around the barracks on a military installation.
I was in the Army. I've reported underaged girls in the barracks to superiors before.
Huumm… you mean to say soldiers commonly kidnap/take somehow underage girls into bases? Does the military attract a higher percentage of nonces??
Every position is of power attracts more nonces.
