I'm against the shovelware it brings. For the rest I'm not against it in principle
I'm emphatic with artists living off commissions but it's cool that Indie developers can catch a break. You really used to need a lot of seed money to invest in art (or a lot of time to learn the skills to make it yourself)
I'm not opposed to reducing the barrier of entry to gamemaking, or the investment, and it bringing games we wouldn't have seen made otherwise before.
Another thing is that for now, AI art looks off enough that those who can afford it will still employ artists. And it doesn't seem to be getting better. If we remove that ceiling one day I might revise my opinion but for now it's fine
