I've been pirating my whole life in mobile and rarely in pc. What are some the best download managers to use in windows?

I use Internet Download Manager and it has worked like a charm for me. It's paid, but you can find the pirated version easily!
I tried JDownloader but it didn't work for me, I'm kind of dumb though so it might have been my fault that it didn't work in my browser/computer.
Edit: wanted to add that for torrents I've been using Qbittorrent, imo it's the best
Jdownloader is a Java application (hence the J). If you don't have the Java runtime library installed it won't run.
I will try the pirated version for now
