Racism is bad, though. It's unfair to judge something for something they were just born with, that isn't their choice. Please share why you think judging someone for their race (which they did not control) is ok. Unless you meant by your post that 'leftists' (I honestly don't know who you're referring to) think that racism is bad, and you do too.
The problem is that right wing jokes aren't funny. The right is delicate and gets butt hurt by left wing humour. Lacking critical thinking skills they assume that humour just involves hurting the other side, since they are hurt, and therefor just try to hurt the left and end up coming off as humorless dolts.
It's funny because it's so absurd. This meme isn't meant as a right-wing meme, but as a left-wing (or actually more a "reasonable people") meme. The PragerU image is making fun of "leftists" in such a dumb way that you can really only laugh at it. Honestly I'm having a hard time believing this is something they really posted.
For context, PragerU is on the right end and I wouldn't put it past them to release talks about how racism supposedly isn't always a bad thing. This meme is a play on that, I'd bet.
PragerU content advocates that slaves benefitted from slavery because they learned new skills. And that they weren't unhappy, because the alternative was their masters murdering them. So... slavery wasnt all bad... You have to look at what people considered normal at the time. The ill gotten gains that the prior generation stole, should remain firmly in the hands of the master's children.
I shit you not.
If there is a Wrath coming for us, it most certainly will start in Florida. Slavery is evil, regardless of the societal norms of the day. It is fair to label evil behavior as evil. Ignorace was no exception.
Turns out that there was a tiny bit of faith in the reason of man left in me that could die! Can't even ask how takes this bad can find any resonance because no reasonable person could explain it anyway.
Learning about this makes me feel like ignorance is bliss, but ignorance is what breeds these concepts, too. There's no winning over stupid, is there?
