The picture is from old footage of a nuclear bomb test. The long shadow is cast by the flash of the explosion and this is right before the shockwave hits and levels the house.

Not just the camera, but the (kinda tall) camera man too!

And interestingly the moon's surface is about the color of asphalt, it's just hyperilluminated to look white just like here.

It’s a still from an old video of nuclear weapons test footage. The shadow behind the house and the super white glare means a nuclear bomb has just detonated very near by, and the shockwave is coming to vaporize the house in the picture.
