The great thing about vegans is, much like Linux users, they identify themselves online pretty frequently. This is especially useful in dating apps so you can match with people who share the same values and dietary needs as you.
However, vegans actually get matches in dating apps, unlike Linux users.
Linux users don't get matches in dating apps because they block all the trackers, which has the app refusing to do anything. I'm pretty sure Tinder wouldn't even launch correctly on my phone.
Jokes aside though, online dating is a terrifying thing in terms of online privacy, with how much data these services leech off of people, on top of everything the users already tell about themselves
The problem with Linux users is that when they identify themselves online people look with confusion instead of love/hate that vegans get, making them less relevant in general
It’s okay to not be vegan! Being vegetarian is already huge in of itself :)
If it’s an important quality for you to have a partner that is vegetarian or respects your dietary needs, you should absolutely include it in your dating profile.
