How many times do emulators have to win this before these cases start getting thrown out? This is honestly ridiculous.

- It's to make them dissapear by attrition. They'll win, but at the cost of spending all their money on the legal defense.
  
  I have legal expenses insurance, which covers all costs in the event of legal proceedings. Most people have that here in Germany, isn't it the same elsewhere?
