Funny how many people are joking around those weird activities for some of the meetings like stickers, 2 truths 1 lie, etc etc etc. And we still do it.
According cameras - it's easier, but in my team we never forced anyone.
I don't remember the source, could have been anything from Stand Up Comedy to someone I know IRL, but I feel like they really cracked the "2 truths 1 lie" code.

- I truly believe that this is a high value exercise that we should continue on with.
I obtained that especially new people or those who don't want to work too hard, love all of these meetings. You dont mess around with the Scrum Master or management alone or in a very small group. A democratic team stands as a whole and also falls together in the end. Otherwise you're just the one disturbing the harmony. This does not mean, I don't like Scrum, but in my opinion it is a tool that should be used very specifically and adjusted, not only by reading and praying the generic book you had in university back then.
