Straight up I saw this and my first thought was my experience with ADHD
Wow. This describes me and myself, but also my wife and me (and, to be fair, me and my wife) :p

At #3, my brain would cut the heart instantly with like "Nah forget it fam, you're drunk." -- "But I'm the heart! How I can be dru--" -- "See? You're drunk. Really drunk."
