College Hill residents vote to maintain traffic calming efforts on North Bend Road

@curve Weird, I'm surprised people want them. Here on the west side they made school buses 2 hours late.
- Word I get is far less crashes/accidents and makes it nicer to be a pedestrian. Great for folks who live in the area (I know our speed bumps in my neighborhood made a dramatic difference). I don't get up to College Hill enough to know about these particular ones.
  
  I would guess we all don't really care if commuters add another 30 seconds to their trip.
