Bro I'm Brazilian and I've never seen a hot dog with those ingredients in my life.. Parmesan? Wtf is pico de gallo? Sounds Spanish for some kind of pepper
Pico de gallo is vinagrete.
Yeah. We call that "vinagrete".
Vinaigrette is also called vinagrete, don't ask me why.
Oh, are you Brazilian or Argentinian? You would probably know better than me, but doesn't that kind of vinagrete have vinegar and oil in it? Like this? I think it's similar but different.
I'd call that regional variation of the same dish/concept. When I make it it looks more like the wikipedia picture for pico de gallo.
