Is this a working gif for anyone? All I can see is a static jpeg

Weird. I've updated it. Should work now
I think the issue is the file format. Instead of it being a .gif it's a .webm.
The webm works. For some reason the gif file uploaded as a static GIF on catbox. I then converted it to webm. Thanks though
