I think OP was a megafan of a now-banned Ukrainian communist party that was banned because they took orders from the Kremlin. For everyone's context.
- Ukraine has banned all communist organizations, communist symbols, communist songs (including L'internationale), etc. Even if the KPU had been a complete puppet of the Kremlin, it would be irrelevant.
  Leftist politics are banned in Ukraine, as per the Decommunization efforts after Euromaiden.
  
  It's not surprising why a country struggling to stay free of Russian imperialism would ban parties associated with Russian imperialism. This is like acting surprised that Germany banned the Nazi party.

Do you know if all the other communist parties banned after the US-backed democratic revolution in 2014, as well as the dozen or so parties banned shortly after Russia began its unprovoked war of aggression against its democratic, sovereign neighbour are/were agents of the Kremlin as well?
