Abandoned babies found decomposing in Gaza hospital weeks after it was evacuated
  • Israel definitely did when they started bombing hospitals. You act like it's Hamas that pulled the trigger for them, but deep down you know that's fucking bullshit.

These babies were killed by Israel, and nobody else.

  • Harris says US will ‘under no circumstances’ permit forced relocation of Palestinians
  • If they're relocated, it'll be harder for her and Biden to justify giving so much money to their corporate overlords to make bombs to kill them with.

  • Where did the recent air fryer trend come from anyway?
  • Nah, inside. My oven is gas, so the air fryer in it isn't powered by electricity. I was being a smartass.

  • Inmate charged with attempted murder after George Floyd killer Chauvin stabbed 22 times
  • Damn, he was stabbed that many times and he didn't die? These inmates need to do better next time!

  • I used to love Gnome. Now I hate how it looks. Looks like they tried to mix MacOS and Android and just royally botched it.

  • Where did the recent air fryer trend come from anyway?
  • My air fryer only draws enough power to spin the fan, all the heat comes from natural gas.

  • Florida Democrats plan to cancel presidential primary, enraging Dean Phillips’ campaign
  • Wait, it still surprises people that the democrats rig their primary?

  • Yeah, very sorry that this app is Windows only, would love to switch to Mac
  • I'm not trusting Apple at all, I exclusively use degoogled Android.

  • Yeah, very sorry that this app is Windows only, would love to switch to Mac
  • I'm an Android fan, but I do like the walled garden for iPhones. There are so many people who just do not understand how to protect their privacy online, and phones are a treasure trove of personal information. I've no doubt that the tight controls on iOS have saved many people from identity theft due to their own negligence. That, combined with the ease of use and the superior accessibility features over Android makes iPhone the better choice for older generations who don't understand technology as well.

  • I gave away my DnD books to strangers.
  • I don't even play D&D, but I want to thank you for what you did.

  • There's no money for education and health care but they'll always find some for war.
  • How dare you criticize the US giving weapons to our allies. You must want to kill the Jews, you dirty Hamas lover.

  • I feel like the Steam Deck is the best proof of Gabe Newell's quote that "piracy is a service issue."
  • I don't administer Linux, I use Linux. Unless you're conflating being an end user with being an administrator, in which case I would say that's a rather pretentious way to put it. Nobody walks around saying they administer Windows because they have a laptop. It sounds stupid.

  • I feel like the Steam Deck is the best proof of Gabe Newell's quote that "piracy is a service issue."
  • Anytime you're reduced to arguing semantics, it's not even an argument worth engaging in. So I'm not going to bother responding further to you.

  • I feel like the Steam Deck is the best proof of Gabe Newell's quote that "piracy is a service issue."
  • You got me there. Doing stuff like that on other platforms like the Switch totally prevented piracy, so I suppose it's a good thing they didn't do it on a system that thousands of devs know down to the kernel without having to reverse engineer.

  • Released hostage says he was held by UNRWA teacher in Gaza - report
  • The former owner of this newspaper was in prison for embezzling millions of dollars from his company, until he was pardoned by Trump. The current owner was investigated for providing positive coverage to Netanyahu in exchange for passing legislation that would harm a rival paper. The current editor is connected to far-right political groups, which explains why they source some of their content from the New York Post. They've been criticized for writing false stories in the past, which they deleted when called out on by other governments.

Now, I'm sure none of that bothers you, but I'm posting this for other people for whom that sort of behavior isn't acceptable from a newspaper.

  • Released hostage says he was held by UNRWA teacher in Gaza - report
  • When you look up their history, it's pretty wild. The former owner was a conservative that was pardoned by Trump for embezzling millions of dollars from his company. And the current editor was involved in far-right politics before taking his position, which explains why they source some of their content from the New York Post. Not to be outdone, the current owner was investigated by police for allegedly giving Netanyahu positive coverage in exchange for legislation that would hurt a rival newspaper.

  • Released hostage says he was held by UNRWA teacher in Gaza - report
  • Idk about you guys, but I'm willing to take Israeli state media at face value every day.

I mean, this is the paper owned by the guy who was investigated by police for giving positive coverage to Netanyahu in exchange for legislation that would hurt a rival newspaper. They seem very trustworthy to me.
