This meme we're commenting on is clearly a reaction to Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet which is an original IP. At the very least my comment specifically mentions Naughty Dog.
I want original content too and find your comment agreeable but it's not what this meme is communicating. The creator of this meme is simply coming off as whiny and saying a studio can't take pride in its history. The artists deserve much credit and I praise the real humans that make our favorite games possible but to say a studio shouldn't use their track record as a selling point is silly. Nobody would react this way to a FromSoft trailer saying "from the makers of Dark Souls and Bloodborne".
This has to be one of the dumbest things I've seen gamers complain about lately. Many studios have marketed like this - only Naughty Dog gets this reaction because it's cool to hate them now I guess.
I appreciate this response. It makes me feel a little better. I still think we should be concerned about SCOTUS probably getting to make some of these decisions of what's official or not. Seems more corrupt on the judicial branch side of things rather than executive. Overall not great.
I'm in my late 20s and I got LASIK a couple of years ago. My doctor prepared me for steadily losing vision again when I hit my 40s or so (in a standard "getting older" way) and to be honest it's still worth it to me. It's very convenient and though the procedure wasn't cheap I think I save money in the long run because my contacts and glasses weren't cheap either. I recommend it.
I'm looking for easy and cheap options for lunches on weekdays. I mostly eat deli sandwiches and hot dogs right now and I always feel like shit after eating them. I think I need something healthier but I don't have time over my lunch hour to cook anything too fancy. What do you all do for reliable healthy easy lunches?
After 13 years protecting Cowboys quarterbacks, it appears Tyron Smith will be moving on. The Dallas left tackle is unlikely to return to the Cowboys and will become a free agent, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Saturday.
Could've used Mushroom Intelligence Agency somewhere here as well
They’re going to participate in a group interview about Stop Making Sense with Spike Lee at the Toronto International Film Festival
I didn't play the demo but I assume it's gameplay very early in the game. My review is that the game starts too slow which is probably what you experienced. Overall it might be worse than Pikmin 3 Deluxe but Pikmin 4 is still a quality game that gets better when you're around the mid-way point. It's surprisingly long too (going for all treasure, not speedrunning) and overall I think it's worth the price.
Even though his years with Genesis were great, I've always preferred Gabriel's solo work. Melt is my favorite album of his but I'd put his 2002 album Up right next to this one.
Also, there's a great YouTube video by Trash Theory that came out recently on Gabriel and the years leading up to Games Without Frontiers as a single https://youtu.be/rNITD4QyS7c
I'm happy to see this deal done. Gustavsson is a really solid option at goaltender and this deal doesn't break the bank.
Gustavsson went 22-9-7 in 2022-23, recording a 2.10 GAA and .931 SV%.
The extreme heat that has been plaguing much of the U.S. is making that the annual summer trek to the country's national parks more dangerous.
As a Cowboys fans, stability in NY is not what I'm looking for.
The Giants and Andrew Thomas agreed on a five-year, $117.5 million extension that includes a record $67 million guaranteed at signing.
I'm a little surprised to see Diggs become the first young talent on our team to be re-signed to a big contract (Lamb, Parsons, etc) but I'm happy to see this. Having a truly great CB is something many teams have to be jealous of - glad we're not one of them!
The Cowboys have agreed to terms with cornerback Trevon Diggs on a five-year, $97 million extension that can become worth up to $104 million in incentives, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday.
Lionsbros just cannot catch a break. Sad.
