Seems like you should consider an alternative
This was just posted today
I agree. Samsung adds their own tweaks (like potentially this) so I'd like their browser on more devices if I could. At least on desktop the rest of the chromium browsers are able to use extensions so I can have my ad block.
This would be great! I'd be thrilled if they could add it. I wish they had a desktop version as well.
They just made a new podcast called Android Faithful that has Ron and Huyen. It feels like AAA reborn.
I wouldn't think so. That's still a ban from the US. If I understood correctly, Huawei is building 5G chips themselves with non US technology
And then hopefully non Europeans can import that model to enjoy the benefits
One of their top innovations
And electric cars. I wish you could swap a battery out at a gas station as easily as I can swap out a propane tank.
That was one of the last "jack of all trades" phones. It literally had everything. I loved it
Exactly my thoughts. I don't mind either navigation option but I'm thrilled I have the choice
I'm on a Pixel 7 Pro and the Note20 Ultra was my previous phone. I loved that Note. It was one of the best phones and really is still just as good as the Pixel I'm on now. Most of the main selling points haven't changed.
High refresh screen, check 12GB of RAM, check Great zoom, check Good battery, check (obviously degraded but I'm referring to when it was released) Same storage capacity
The main advantage of the Pixel is the camera and a few software improvements but if I didn't get it for basically free from AT&T, I'd have probably kept the Note for as long as possible
The highest honor in all the fediverse
But what I don't get is why doesn't Microsoft or someone large like that bundle extensions into their browser. I know Samsung has app based ones but I wish it could be built in and have ublock origin etc
That's a good point. I haven't rooted in a while but it's a good thing to keep in mind
Which is the problem with Samsung and Google. I love the camera on the Pixel but the extra features of the Galaxy S devices. I can't have both it seems
Noted. That's good to know. I'd be right at home with an 8 Gen 1 since my pixel has plenty of overheating issues
Thank you! Would I notice improvements going from a Pixel 7 Pro to a base S23?
That would be worth the money over a 8g1? I know there were overheating concerns and less efficiency, but I didn't realize it was that drastic of a difference
Thank you! I did not know this existed. This is helpful.
Now, I need to learn how to read and understand what the charts are saying.
And that's when you scoop up a phone that will have potentially 3 years of updates for the price of a low end A series brand new.
