It takes some practice for sure. Iāve personally landed on a single jet zippo torch and 3 burns per bowl, starting with a quick burn near the tip for that initial flavor hit then working my way down to the base of the bowl with longer burns to get those clouds.
The idea is to get a slow controlled cure and not a quick dry.
Iām in an arid climate and I generally cut individual branches, let those dry, then harvest the buds, but some of my friends just hang the entire plant up to dry. If youāre in a humid climate then you might look at cutting it down to individual buds.
What Iām doing is referred to as a mainline grow, itās a type of plant training designed to get you a uniform set of 8 colas (the main flower stalk) instead of a single cola. It can increase the final yield and it looks pretty cool: https://www.growweedeasy.com/mainlining-nugbuckets
yeah I hear that, itās gonna be a long time to get the manifold established. Iām doing this one mostly for fun and curiosity, if I actually get a good yield out of it then thatās just a bonus :)
Yep, itās my own compost loaded with veggie scraps plus male plants and root balls from previous grows. I also may or may not pee in it now and then š¤«
Iām still using liquid nutes on my indoor grow, donāt want all those crawly bois in my bedroom haha
Still like it but Iāve moved on to a different battery vape (lobo from potv) as my go-to, mostly because I got tired of dealing with lighters all the time.
Yeah I still donāt like having a hot battery thing in the house, but it hits great and I can swap out the battery when it starts to get old or sketchy.
Iāve also taken my old vtower out of retirement, thinking about getting a dave mod piece for it.
But yeah I still hit the Dynavap every few days, gotta mix things up now and then.
Oh gotcha that makes perfect sense, not sure where my head was at there š
