Grocery run, chores and other productive things all done by 11am. Definitely need a nap before dinner out tonight! This wind is putting me on edge though.

I had a little drink about an hour ago...

Awoke with a start at 4:30am, still awake. Boyo also woke up, so now we've resigned ourselves to staying awake and are going for breakky burritos.

I picked up Mario Odyssey for my Switch last night and could have played it all night tbh.

What song brings up a specific memory for you?

Earthquake by Labrinth just played on the radio and I always immediately picture the floor of a retail store I worked out when I first moved to Melbourne because I would be left just about alone to close the store at 9pm and would end up blasting the store CD to get through.

Delta Goodrem Innocent Eyes always makes me picture the loading screen for Rollercoaster Tycoon 2.

I enjoyed playing it with a controller, but if you're not used to a controller to start with, a keyboard is likely fine. Like Mean said, you're not using all of the buttons at once. Just learn your dodge/parry buttons! The game is good at explaining as you start. I'd say give it a whack!

Listened to some boss battle music from Expedition 33 while on my drive this morning, felt like an appropriate way to steel myself for Friday.

I had a dream I'd slept through Thursday and woke up Friday morning. Was very sad when I woke up and it was Thursday.

Love that the cats are fighting for cuddles, not acting aloof like "how dare you leave us?"
