There's something about this that reminds me of those You Know When You've Been Tango-ed ads they had in the UK back in the 90s.

I don't think it's as common in the UK nowadays compared to the 90s (they seem to have removed almost all of their public toilets instead), but I recently found one that charged 20p and only accepted card payments. I don't know how it's even worth them taking payments unless the card providers waive their fees.
