Kenne ich zu gut. Habe mir deshalb mittlerweile Melatonin zugelegt, weil ich sonst unmöglich passend einschlafen kann. Ei Fach immer 1h vor dem geplanten zu Bett gehen nehmen und dann klappt das.
Das Problem ist sobald man damit anfängt den Wecker regelmäßig weiter zu stellen trainiert man sich darauf beim Wecker nicht aufzustehen.
Das war bei mir in der Schulzeit so, wo ich einen Radiowecker hatte. Ich musste immer so um 5:45 aufstehen und hatte meinen Wecker auf 5:15 gestellt. Real wachgeworden bin ich meistens so zwischen 5:30 und 5:45. Ich hätte meinen Wecker mit Sicherheit auch entsprechend stellen können.

Das klingt für mich auch hart danach, dass das nicht so ganz mit den Grundsätzen der DSGVO übereinstimmt. Nach der DSGVO dürfen ja nur Daten genutzt/gesammelt werden, die für die Bereitstellung eines Dienstes notwendig sind. Ich würde mal behaupten, dass für das melden eines Umzugs der alte Name keinerlei Relevanz hat.

You have the choice between a proprietary OS, where you can be very sure, that the government has backdoors implemented into the OS or between Linux where its much harder to implement any form of backdoor and if one gets introduced it usually gets noticed in no time and gets fixed. If you care about security, Linux is your only option.
The thing is, that these efforts usually get noticed immediately. Last year(?) someone infiltrated the xz project and implemented a backdoor that would have exposed literally everything that has internet access. Xz gets maintained by about 3 or so people and even in such a small project took several years. The funny thing is, that the backdoor got noticed immediately, since the Programm took 2 or so milliseconds longer to start up.
Now imagine how fast a Backdoor in Linux would be noticed and how hard it would be to implement it without others noticing.
The most leftist idea that I can think of is the fact, that the existence of states itself is wrong and that we as the working class should all work together to demolish every state on this planet so that the working class is finally able to live united around the world working to allow every single person to live free.
The funny thing is, that people always assume that you can fix all kind of stuff just because you work in IT (or just know stuff about IT). In reality 90% of the time I have no clue what the fuck I'm doing and just pressing random buttons and reading the text next to the buttons hoping it fixes the problem.
That's so fucking true. If I'm honest its usually trying to figure out how the fuck something actually is supposed to work. Its either by searching stuff online or changing single lines of code until it finally works.
