xcancel is nitter instance, which is a FOSS front-end similar to what invidious is to YouTube. What you see is pulled from the Twitter servers, but without all the trackers, ads and cookies you get when you visit twitter 'the normal way'. I believe they maintain the integrity of the URL, so you can copy and paste the text after xcancel.com and place it behind x.com if you want to be sure xcancel or another instance parses data correctly. Your mistrust is a good thing.

And totally agree, conspiracist took over the government including their communication channels, still partly in denial myself because some stuff is so unbelievably crazy.

Actually, dystopia is basically a 'bad' (dys-) 'place' (-topia). So the common view of what a dystopia looks like is not the only way it can look. Being ruled by dumb toddlers that break everything in their way is a very different dystopia than one with evil megacorps but it is still quite dystopian to me.

I'm afraid they might burn more than bridges if they are opposed by an actual effective check.

Ben het met je eens, maar ik vind ze nogal stil over de onderdrukte vermoorde moslims. Vind dat nogal jammer voor een partij die zich binnen Nederland wel de hele tijd inzet voor het individu en zich zo inzet het systeem te buigen zodat het werkt voor de mensen ipv voor de machthebbers. Maar dit is misschien niet de plek voor een Israël-Gaza discussie.

Maybe for solar and battery tech, but afaik wind tech is mainly us/Europe so that might still be economicaly smart (aside from the environmental reasons they don't seem to care about).
