Much better than the pervious couple weeks. It's refreshing! Depression sucks.

I'm curious what made this challenge way less popular than others. The theme? The fact it had to be about your country? The term patriotic? I'm genuinely curious to know. Seems like the challenges I come up with aren't very popular and I'd like to understand why, in order to come up with better ones in te future.

Dunno if it fits your definition of healthy, but here's what I like to prepare for lunch sometimes.

Choose one protein, either chicken, hard boiled eggs or a can of flaked tuna. In a mixing bowl, I add : chopped bell pepper, chopped sweet pickles, chopped green onion, some fruit like a chopped apple or grapes cut in half, chopped spinach, some feta cheese cut in small cubes, or mozzarella works too, and some sunflower seeds. At the end, add a spoon or cream cheese and mix everything together. Fill a pita bread with the mixture. And enjoy!

I just figured one week / one weekend is a his balance for challenge / voting period.

Fine by me! Note that I'm not a fan of patriotism either but the word worked to create the alliteration in the title. I wanted a challenge limitation that would be personal to people. Didn't think some wouldn't want to disclose their location. Thanks for submitting an image anyway!

I mean... It's one of the reasons I like it so much here.

Where I live, we have a special phone line we can call to talk with a nurse. While most people know when to call 911, when your unsure what to do, the nurse can give you tips, tell you when and if to book an appointment in a clinic, when a pharmacist could be of any help, or what to do to treat yourself if you don't need medication (like, drink this, apply hot or cold somewhere, etc).

I was about to make the same suggestion. But the extra step will be a lot to manage. Not an easy problem.

I wish there was more participants or voters. But that would make the initial problem bigger. And the solution harder to find.
