> For starters, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will launch with an Adreno 830 GPU clocked at 935 MHz. This is more or less identical to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3's Adreno 750 (~950 MHz). MediaTek Dimensity 8250 unveiled

I checked the specs against the dimensity 8200 and there appeared to be absolutely no changes. So, basically the same chip as before like the dimensity 920-1080-7050 series SoC.

On Google pixel, is there a way to search ONLY locally when searching apps?
  • Niagara launcher, kiss or kvaesto are the way to go. If you want a decent app search. I would also recommend Smart Launcher 6; the search bar is pretty good. Not to mention the automatic app categories you get for all your apps.

Why aren't apps updating in the background?
  • Your phone needs to be connected to WiFi or data(depending on your settings) and needs to be idle and charging. Playstore will slowly auto update your apps as long as your phone is not too hot for auto-updates. This process takes a long time.

  • This post keeps crashing my Boost
  • It takes a beat to load even after multiple times but no crashes were observed so far. I'm guessing the post is taxing the boost app in some manner which causes the crash on some smartphones.
