Every time I hear about a someone pushing for people to "come back" to a downtown, I think they should be required to disclose if they have real-estate interests that would benefit from such a move.

I'm pretty new to the area and looking for some good Asian places. I'm specifically looking for some chicken teriyaki similar to what I used to get in Seattle, but that's definitely not the requirement. Just looking for somewhere really tasty.
