Fully defending their interests? In foreign waters? They are getting a bit big for their britches. Especially as they seem to have decommissioned their aircraft carrier and sent the crew to fight in Ukraine...
That aircraft carrier had the best combat record in the Russian Navy too, took out a floating dry dock all on its own using the element of surprise!
It's like the entire russian military is run by zapp brannigan.
