Struggle session: people here need to stop calling for "unlimited genocide on the first world"

I shouldn't have to say this on a """communist""" forum, but here we are. Calling for unlimited genocide on the first world (lmao point out the "first world" on a map, I'll wait) is obviously reactionary on top of being idealist.

The idea that anything can be "unlimited" is pure capitalist decadence based on its foundational need for unlimited growth.

Any real socialist should be calling for a genocide that has its resources planned and allocated by a People's Genocide Committee and is then executed over five years. The genocide would be limited in both resource and geography, and thus, be a materialist genocide.

Or, even better, they might consider a means-tested genocide.

  • So at what point is the tone policing going to loop back around and destroy every cultural aspect you all clung to for years? Like sexually harassing people for pictures of their cock? When did you lose the plot this badly that irony and sarcasm were ceded back to "the chuds"?

    • When did we forget how to read body text

      • The site doesn't even make it clear if a title is going to expand into text or is itself a hyperlink but you certainly got my ass with this one. So I will respectfully log off and Do Better and Grow And Learn. 60 comments made it look like an actual meltdown

Maybe I am missing a UI element from my messed up user.js - but this is a very real countercurrent happening right now against Jason Hickel and other people who state the obvious without explicitly elaborating on the internal struggle of the American worker (the only one that matters worldwide). So you'll have to forgive me for jumping at shadows.

There is currently a gender struggle session going on in the middle of a genocide because the news thread was apparently not focused enough on gender discussion (during a genocide). It really looks like a team of wreckers has taken over the site from the other Lemmy instances and are farming this place for humorous screenshots.
