My strategy is to just keep some copyrighted Disney music on my phone and blare it if things get too dicey.

This is also unironically a strategy cops use when they are in a crowd being filmed and potentially unlawfully or excessively harming people.
Its the evolved version of accidentally blocking your body cam / forgetting to turn it on / oops the footage got deleted and its no ones fault somehow.
