I've decided today's kitchen theme is "probiotic". I have yoghurt culturing and started a new pot of sauerkraut. Once I am off the antibiotics I will have some reinforcements for my intestinal microflora ready to go!
- just kiss someone and you'll get the correct flora back
- Fuck yeah sauerkraut! I could eat that by itself for breakfast lunch, and dinner 🤤
