  • Exercise. In my case it's so bad that "sitting upright" counts as exercise. Or "watching something slightly intellectually stimulating". I basically live 24/7 in bed. Haven't showered in months. I look forward to the next day my wife shaves off my ugly ass dirty greasy hair.

        So, uh, no, I'm not ok. I'm glad I live in a country with a somewhat working social safety net and I'm lucky to have a loving wife who can take care of me.

        • Ive been through a fraction of this, and I can only imagine how not nice it must be to be debilitated like this.
