Feels like just yesterday I bought this thing. That said I'm tired of this POS being so slow, I just can't justify buying a Mac Studio Yet.

Why? Nothing else comes close in terms of overall experience.
It's efficient, quiet, fast, and I prefer Mac OS over Windows and Linux for my use case.
Honestly the new base mini is a good buy. Until fairly recently in the Mac timeline, the minis had slow hard drives holding them back.

I hate to break it to you, but that was 7 years ago. Unless like 2.8gbps read and 1.6 write is considered slow by 2018 standards.
