My heuristic really is "USA bad" or "USA lying" and I swear to god, after proper research, it works 90% of the time.

We nuked them for fun, we hired their most evil scientists, then we made them a colony so depressing they have a wide variety fo words to describe kids of suicide. Nah, in retrospect whatever we thought we were doing there was wrong and fucked up.
