I'm not a shitjustworks user, but No. Allow individual people to block Hexbear if they wish to, but also keep it federated so those who want to talk to hexbear users can.
there's no option to block instances yet
But you can block every community in it, it will take you like two minutes.
That doesn't help when they come into local communities to stir up drama
