I feel like recently, he's become too commercialized if that makes sense. He's been doing a lot of crossover episodes and more just click bait style stuff instead of actually trying to make good food and be informative. He's still good, but he's falling off.
I really feel for content creators like Guga who really are good and informative because eventually, to avoid repeating yourself you have to start clutching at straws.
I mean, cooking meat with fire has been around a while...
I agree and I think that is hitting him pretty hard right now. I used to really like his videos and look to him first when trying to make something sous vide. For me, it went from being excited to watch whatever new thing he was doing to only watching maybe half the stuff he puts out.
