How some of us found out...
  • Funny thing is, Coke and Adderall do nothing for me, Vyvanse makes me feel like a normal person, and a single cup of coffee makes me a maniac with no hope of falling asleep for 12-15+ hours.

  • Louisiana's new "Ten Commandments" law actually contains eleven commandments
  • No no. That's from the old testament. Those rules don't count anymore now that there is the new testament.

realizes ten commandments are from the old testament

This was done by the jews. I always knew they controlled everything.

  • Louisiana's new "Ten Commandments" law actually contains eleven commandments
  • Not a good look when something as solid as the ten commandments doesn't line up between groups with similar beliefs.

Might make some folks want to look under the hood. That certainly won't increase church attendance.

  • App development
  • Please don't roast me here, but why is wanting to know what someone looks like without makeup such a bad thing? I've never even thought about it before, so please don't take this as advocating for it. It just doesn't immediately occur to me what the problem would be.

I get why it's gross to have an app to remove clothing, but makeup feels like a different category.

What about an app that changes or removes hair? Or one for sunglasses/jewelry?

Are they all gross in some way that I'm missing? Is it creepy to remove makeup from photos but not creepy to remove earrings?

  • Something’s Rotten About the Justices Taking So Long on Trump’s Immunity Case
  • The executive branch (Biden) would have expanded the courts. Manchin and Simena refused to cast the needed votes to make it work. It's up to us to elect more Democrats so we don't have to rely on our worst ones to do the right thing.

Look at what a mess the House has been when the Republicans have had a handful of votes to spare. Dems have no spare votes, and they've still managed to get a lot done. Put a few more Democrats in the Senate, and then we don't have to cater to the quasi-conservative senators in the party.

  • Justin Timberlake arrested for DWI in the Hamptons
  • The Superbowl thing was pretty clearly a publicity stunt gone wrong. Makes a lot more sense being planned by Jackson's side vs Timberlake's.

And so what if he bragged about being her first? She dumped him pretty publicly. Everyone knew it at the time. The "Cry Me A River" music video was revenge for that whole situation, and the public ate it up because we all knew she did him wrong. It kick-started his solo career.
