Vote for a party that wants a wealth tax?
The EU may have that option. The USA does not.

That appears incorrect. While they don't seem nearly substantial enough, wealth taxes are in place in some countries in Europe.
Some = 3.
Norway, Switzerland, Spain, France, and Italy. Yep, seems like three to me.
